The sanctuary movement has also, I think, a need to grapple with this question of displacement. There was internal displacement in Yemen and the Yemenis were actually fleeing to other countries but who were not allowed to enter here. The ways in which the sanctuary movement did or did not actually grapple with the experiences of Arab and Muslim refugees is something to be considered.
