It feels like each of those principles are a really important topic of discussion and learning for dows broadly. And one of the main pieces of tension that i've seen recently is that it's pretty clear to say, o, marketing goes in this specific area, and development goes in this area,. What feels a lot more challenging is figuring out where groups that are cross functional go. How do you deal with that?
