I've always cared about water because it's what I probably consume the most. We have to be mindful of what water we're drinking. London has hard water and hard water is minerals, which means there has a lot of minerals. If you go to Europe, you'll notice the water is a lot softer. And if you wash your hair and the water, your hair is softer. Why is that? It's just the makeup of the water. But London is not bad tap water wise.
