Is MKALCHRO Psychic Research?
There are strong rumors that a lot of the MKALCHRO research later on drifted very much into psychic research. I think it was SPR members that held a seance to specifically create a topa named Philip. They made Philip and he'd respond to them as like a totally new person. Kind of real like if you've seen the film, Empty Man. It's real empty man vibes.
