The AFP Boss Says Younger Workers Need Three Times a Week Praise
The AFP boss said younger workers need praise three times a week. He was quoting research from a Gallup study done last year. Study found Jen Zedd and younger millennial employees were 73% more likely to say they wanted recognition at least a few times a month. But that is higher to baby boomers who were born between 1946 and 1964. We'll speak to an organizational psychologist to find out what the real differences are in the workplace amongst the different generations.
