How Do You Measure Success?
The entire strategy gets driven through how you measure success. Get out of the leads, or get out of this intermediate step where marketing is part of an assembly line and their only job is to deliver to the next stage. And i've found, especially if you have a sal cycle that's greater than 60 days, the best way is to score them on a deal stage where the wind rates have to be greater than 20%. If the wind rates drop below and it used to be stage two, and the wind rate goes down to 24 %, guess what, to morrow, stage three is the goal, not stage two, until you get the wind rates back up.
