The Federal Reserve Overshot on Housing Reset
I will defend the housing reset on a worldwide bus tour to every city in the world with the Federal Reserve. I don't think people understand you never want to have a situation where a shelter is being bid against American citizens. Shelter is primary. It's it's a fundamental thing in life. So everyone needs a form of shelter. And we just had such a savagely unhealthy housing market that we needed rates to get up higher for this to kind of calm itself down.
