Is There a Difference Between a Talented Cognitive Profile and an Intellectual Disability?

Giftedness is really quite a consistent cognitive profile where pretty much all of someone's individual unique skills and abilities are well above what would be expected for their developmental stage. Being intellectually gifted means that ou're actually at the top two %, so 90 eighth % or above for your age grew. It's the opposite of having an intellectual disability, which means that yoe in the bottom two % for intellectual ability for your age growing.
