The social moral ideology, as i have called it, noid, exists in all our heads. It's reinforced constantly by our social interactions and the social perception of one another. And so again, this seems to me to be the main argument here for the concealment of the true motives of our action from ourselves. We have to cover them over because they are too disturbing to look at. A d you know, this rochfacot an explanation of human action says that even the most noble type of person that you respect is still acting out of their own self interest - which is something most people don't respect. So that's why we have to keep our true motives hidden.
