SIP - A Case Conceptualization

SIP is a case conceptualization or what we would call more in the UK, the vocabulary of formulation model. It brings together three core ideas and psychotherapy. We do have a number of very good formulation models, but they tend to be very therapy models specific. And I wondered about framing it is what's our current problem in our service?
