Is There a Carbon Tax?

A carbon tax is a good idea, it's got to be trickyn ementation. You're better off trying to branch out your network beyond just people who look, think or work just like you. A pan of expert plumbers is going to do a lot better and how do we fix the dripping pipe, than a collection of non plumbers. I actually think that seeing alternative perspectives as much as possible can be critically important.
