I Can't Shake the Last Story in the Book
Spencer: I just felt like there's one more little, you know, breath and so I've been kind of carrying that idea around or the seat of it for a long time. During the pandemic, we rented a house up in Cherry Valley, New York, which is near Cooperstown. And outside of town, there was this big yellow house that looked like it was maybe built in the early part of the 19th century. The energy of the other eight stories had produced this final one. It wasn't quite in keeping with where he's going actually, maybe something like that.
