Don't Put Pressure on Your Children
I've seen many times where pastors have tried to make their children a pastor or preacher when that was not what the child wanted to be. And it caused damage to the child. Give them a chance to learn and to grow as individuals. Remember that they belonged to you. The church belongs to god. God will take care of the church. F th church, we'll go on an hour or two or three a daythe the church will survive without you.
