How to Address the Housing Crisis in Toronto
If you were mayor right now, how would I address the housing crisis in Toronto? Well, the first thing to start with is transit lines where there is rapid transit and by that I include streetcars or will be rapid transit. Second thing you got to do is deal with deeply affordable housing. To do that, you need to use government land and a government entity like co-ops needs to facilitate the building of the housing.
