Fur has been a huge hit at the box office. It's made more than 25 million dollars since its opening th middle of march, a record for a post pandemic film. Right wing groups have used showings of the film to stir up crowds and stir up anti moslem hate in theatres across india. And there are many moslems and many hindus in the country whoare appalled by the film's message.
