Jacques Sond, and a Donkey in the Kitchen

In the 70s, you were asked by a publication to do wine columns. You could buy Clap and Chav for nothing at that time. I was friend with a restaurant owner in Pontier des Michel Chabrand. And he was the one that suggested me to go visit those people. In another side, I went to Côte Chardonnées where I met people like Jacques Sond  and Madame Nieps. She was a bit ex-anphric, and she had a donkey. The donkey will come and have breakfast with her in the kitchen. But she was making an interesting and good ruii too.
