I think, yeah, anyone in the States has been involved in a special collegiate environment, understands that. It's a different mindset and mind frame. And I know a lot of friends have gone over and done internships or spent time when they come back. And it's actually a hard adaptation period for them dealing with athletes in Australia. The NIRON in Australia and the AFL, they've actually implemented a new concussion protocol if I'm not mistaken. What are your thoughts? Where do you think the NIRON AFL might start to look this year that could be different to the way that it's been done in the past?"
