Is There a General Rule for the Ten Year Weight of Summer Truffles?
It depends on the species. Summer truffles a bit, a bit quicker than malana spor which we don't get ly in england. They'll start producing very small truffles, pea sized, tiny, tiny,. probably after about five, six years. And then they get better and bigger, and suddenly, you know, b worthy of harvesting by about ten years. So if we want to make our en truffle farms, be prepared. Be prepared for the weight, the ten year weight, and then having some one come out and assess your gress. It's just a really interesting industry to think about, and i'm very curious to see how that will
