The Importance of Having a Single Source of Truth in Account Management
The fundamental rule for us is if it's not click up, it didn't happen. We're trying to make this a single source of truth and that can only happen if the inputs are good. The outcome that they got to was, hey, we're now at a point where they had multiple account managers on the team say, I used to wake up in the middle of the night thinking about did I remember to do that thing or did I write it down somewhere? And now I'm sleeping through the night because I know that all my stuff is in here," he said. "All the context is there, the tasks are there, the team knows what to do"
