When you look up data, and the most recent data was for June 2022, you'll notice a little footnote attached to the data. In the footnote tells you it's what we call preliminary. And then probably six months after that, it gets upgraded again to what's called revised. That's kind of the actual number that you can believe. For example, the economy contracted last month, I believe by 1.7%. But that's a preliminary number. The estimated number that comes out in a couple months from now, it might be less. It might be more.
