Pre-Workout Like a Carb Powder?

I make my pre-workout drink, which is like something that you were talking about before. Because I'm kind of a hard gainer, but I don't love to work out with like a big breakfast. So I do a drink that has like Chioniminos with like chlorophyll and cordyceps and astragilis, chisondra. Then I put a bunch of adaptogenic herbs in there with like amino acids, creatine. And then I'll take an ashwagandha with it with like, L.A. and some stuff to really make myself feel balanced with that coffee. That lasts me two, two and a half hours
