The Challenges of Birdman
The St. James Theatre as a practical location and then we built the St. James St. James theatre on stage as well. We overlapped the two and that was a challenge because it all took place at all but mainly in the um in a green room and then the hall ways leading to the stage. There's a big sequence that took you through the hallways. So we shot for a few days with the walls maybe slightly 15-20% wider than a normal would have been, so naturally people were getting tense just by the nature of time.
