Nutrition and Body Composition in Triathlon?

A lighter body weight can make a big difference on the run which is critical but at the same time you can definitely take it too far so how do you view this? In general I have to say that in Norwegian we are in Norway quite relaxed about nutrition. For all our atlas it is almost the question of getting in and of calories It's very very subtle that the same nutritionist are talking about a controlled weight loss from an atlas.
