The Importance of Staying Optimistic

Being optimistic, even if it there are bad times, I think a very important. It's a mindset. Especially since the product manager is working with so many different stakeholders. If they are always in a bad mood, this will affect eventually also the others. So, yeah, stay optimistic and hopeful. Most of the time it will do a 90% of the job. This is a great advice.
