How to Instill Trust in Your Executives

I think my approach to the executive is whatever questions they ask, you know, you need to answer. If I get asked a question on our asset allocation and our fund, well, I'll keep answering those questions until the person is satisfied with what I've provided. And maybe what I do is actually instill trust in me, right, right? That people kind of believe what I have to say, but not necessarily in the exercise that I've kind of created.
