Is It a Teg or a TEG?

I like teg because you're going to potentially get stuff from there that you're not going to get with just your regular tests, right? So for example, if this is a guy who takes plavix for some reason, he may have a perfectly normal platelet count. Or i guess we could shu go prebacat a b g to see if he d ventilation issues as well. I don't really have any reason to suspect a p e our aint. No right heart strain on the echo.
