Pull Ups With Palm Cooling

In the first pull up study, there werea subjects with at least two years of prior resistance training experience. And they performed ten sets of pull ups per per workout. Then after six weeks of pullups with palm cooling, they averaged 298 plus or minus a hundred and 68 reps. So ther their average number across ten sets increased from 13 point four to almost 30. There was apparently one individual who completed 616 rups of pull ups across ten sets to failure, with three minutes between sets sets. That's all very interesting. Anyway, i find this interesting because there were basically two pull up studies that were very similar, one in trained subjects and one in untrained subjects. But generally
