The Difference Between Burushaski and the Athebaskin Languages

For languages like burushaski or any of the athebaskin languages people talk about a template morphology. This is where you got 11 or some dozen slots where you just put different parts and then you get a verb out the other end would this be like an agglutinative kind of thing? If it's agglutinating good if it's synthetic that means hanky banky happens when things collide all sorts of morphological changes happen.
