Coco Zoe Adopts 40 HIV Positive Children
Molly talks to her son every day but she's really one of millions of women around the world who are from the countryside and they have to leave their homes in search of work. These mothers are not primary caregivers to their kids anymore. Coco Zoe has herself adopted 40 AIDS orphans. In the East African country of Uganda, over one million children have been orphaned by HIV AIDS.
