Riley: The law treats Indian children differently from other American children. She says left-wing groups are often siding with racial and ethnic interest groups in our country over the rights of individuals who may or may not feel that they are represented by that leadership. Riley added that the abuse standard for removing non-Native American children from their homes is much lower.
