i haven't worked for somebody, for another person, since two thousand eight. So i think i might be a little too disconnected. I've heard a lot of people don't share because they're afraid of losing their job. And also, what happens in a salary situation? Let's say that you are sharing your salary with somebody else, and it gets back to the boss, that you're the one who exposed the pay gap,. That you're that you’re the one that exposed that. Yes. But if i can just avoid that battle at all costs, that's probably going to be best for me.
