If you want Google to recognize what a cat is, you've got to show it lots of cats. And that's another example where we don't want to actually memorize 10,000 things that are useless. Herbert Simon said that decades ago, you know, talking about how intuition is essentially just memory. So I think this is a settled thing and I wish people would understand it.
