If they're not giving you the cheaper price and you can get it elsewhere, why not leave? Just to give you a bit of inspiration on this, haggling successes in the last poll were 85% success rate at Virgin. Off-com is also reviewing the fairness of mid-contract price hikes for years. I hope it will do something about it. It may turn out to be a toothless tiger,. but at least it's looking at weather if you're in the middle of a contract, a 17.3% rise is actually fair.
