The Same Concept as Scaps That Are High and Wide

If scaps are retracted and depressed down, they won't wiggle. They're not sitting acturally on the rib cage a and they're just pushing thi point ward. So depressing one and elevating the other side bends me to the right. This is like reciprocation alternation at the scapula. When people are more depressed and more attracted on both, the spoin gets pushed forward. That's what mean by wiggling. The're kind of the same thing, because scaps getting high and wide, and scaps that wiggle.
