Simon Barbe: A Woman's Guide to Filmmaking
I was surprised to learn that Simon Barbe was released on DVD by Image Entertainment in 2001. I would like to spend more time with her just to acclimatize myself to that style a bit more. There is such appetite for like female filmmakers and the suppressed history of, you know, female filmmaking that I think we will hear more. Two movies I watched are very slight and very evocative.
