Autonomy and Self-Esteem

To really have true autonomy, people have to be constantly sharing what they're doing. We've seen quite a few people who have struggled with the ownership part of our culture. The expectation chills you busy is that you don't work over 40 hours a week at your job. People derive value from the amount of time spent working, which doesn't mean for your self-worth.
