The first symptom of sleep deprivation is actually not tiredness, but the very first symptoms is getting irritable and grouchy. How many nights you turn neurotic athi tat depends on the oricnal makeu. But seep deprivation is detrimental fairly quickly. And pretty much anything you want to measure an also immune system and everything else, deteriorates quite wickly if you sleep too little. If you only sleep four hours or sothoit becomes an issue. So it want hafter. Yes. Brilliant.
