How to Sell a Company
You mentioned that there's not a lot of turnover in the portfolio. I am curious of the sell process. Would you say that historically, you mostly sell because the company fails on those four criteria? Or could you also sell because there's an opportunity cost thing where you're like, okay, this is the 20th position, the one we have the least conviction on,. We want to now add that position to the portfolio. And so would you turn around and sell one of your positions to get a new position in? Maybe you don't do that, but I'm just curious if you could talk about your sell criteria.
