How to Give Feedback in a Group?
Companies should have multiple ways of giving feedback. We store all our OKRs in a sauna and these are duplicates or the same tasks that are in a few different places. And then we've got issues proposed solutions and we've got feedback in here. So this is the bi-directional feedback. The manager is in service of their report and they manage it can improve just as much as the report can. It's very difficult to elicit though.
