What Is Cognitive Dissonance?

We have this trait called cognitive dissonance. The more you argue with someone, the more entrenched they become. And so that would be my suggestion. A is rehearse what you're going to say, have a little bit of information and if need be, just vow ahead of time that whatever anyone says, you're just going to let it go for now,. until you're in a better space or are more certain of your diagnosis.
