Is My Magic in the Stories I Make and in the Music I Make?
I'm not bound to a certain religion or doctrine, but I'm deeply interested in other stuff. The stories we tell ourselves sort of can be judged by their utility as in does it make you nicer? Does it make you kinder? Is it good for your kids? And the answer is very often yes. It's just unfortunately we hear about the fuckwits. We hear about the fundamentalists and then you have a revolution in the 70s in Iran and you put the whole thing back. So you know shared narratives aside, I think theocracies need to fucking burn to the ground.
