Do You Have a Most Recent Echo?
A most recent echo would be the most useful thing. And then shortly after admission, whether it's in the ED or upon arrival to the ICU, I'd be slapping the focus on her and double checking to see what's happening right then and there at the bedside. What are the things you're looking at on a sort of baseline echo before the secured admission that tells you something about how I risk this patient is or what you're dealing with? Yeah. Things that scare me on the echo. It's not so much the pressure estimate per se. Certainly that's a marker of disease,. But the thing that I'm going to be very interested in is the right ventricle
