The gender pay gap, I think is just an incredibly interesting phenomenon. And it bridges social concerns as well. What we've seen recently is some really innovative measures to try to address it in the UK and Iceland. For firms larger than 25, they've mandated that you are paying women more equally. So, I'm curious what your thoughts are about those two specific measures. And then how do you make of transparency, which is the UK version?
