Universal's PVOD Window: A Great Business
For most movies, you can get it at home after 17 days. Universal was bragging that they had made a billion dollars in extra revenue by doing this. I'm not 100% sure why more of the other studios haven't followed in that direction. It makes sense for movies like a Wes Anderson film or some type of Paul Tom Sanderson movies.
