iain: We need remember, with the ancient temple, we are talking about a time when an ancient israelite community is living a tora centred community life. And as opposed to modern, laterday saints who live very much in a christian setting. i think there 's also what we might call dispensational differences. I'd love our listeners to make sure that we're on the same page when you say a pentateuch imean. igain just i kind of plug that idea of temple literacy, focusing on both the similarities and the differences between biblical and restoration temples.
Where do ancient Near East and modern Western culture meet? Dr. Matthew Grey explores how knowledge and origins of the ancient Israelite temple worship help inform our modern temple language by helping us learn the language of temple worship.
