The Importance of Language in Indian Education

India already has a three language policy and it has the three language policy, you know, from very beginning. According to the National Curriculum Framework for Teacher Education in 2005, the language cuts across the entire school curriculum. It was suggested rather it is preferred that the teachers are multilingual so that they can cater to maximum number of students with their needs.
