Nielsen puts out its top 10 ratings every week. They're like a month to a month and a half behind actual viewership. Netflix has an advantage in the Nielsen ratings because it's measuring based on total hours watched. But that should be counteracted by the fact that a really popular show will just stay in the top 10.
