Do You Think Medicare for All Is a Good Idea?

A medicare for all is just what i want, ind a sort of post occupied, post burney left. I don't have a lot of reasons that i can feel a confident or a about where we're going has a socialist left. The main problem is more of a systemic, structural problem with the democratic party which in turn makes it so they sort of quash any and all real left economic agendas from succeeding. There are actual, honest to god, noble shod like policy proposals for how this would work.
