How do you present these insights to people? Do you just present the rubric or do you have other advice for how to share this knowledge with others? So it's commonly a presentation. Always send it out before the meeting, give people a few days to process the content. 10% of your slides should be the executive summary. Talk about strengths. This is sometimes overlooked in conversation. What are things, if you're doing a heuristic one, what are things that are really adhering to that, really promoting those heuristics? Highlight a few of those.
