I think it's really kind of like sharpening the knife. And when it comes to the team sizes specifically so we talked about three SDR this like partnerships or channel sales team, and then the traditional sales team that is eight years. How do you determine what the right number of folks to have on each of these teams is? Yeah, it's not easy. I've gotten it wrong too bit sometimes it's like too many sometimes it's too less it's really, really hard. It's a lot more challenging than just plugging numbers in the spreadsheet.
